Overview

The Enure Solution applies an entirely new approach to the operation of home/SOHO networks – a true quantum leap beyond anything that any other traditional or so-called automated management solution offers.

It is the first, and currently only, solution built from the ground up to enable the installation and maintenance of even the most advanced home/SOHO networked services, such as VoIP, IPTV, business-critical applications, and converged triple and quadruple play applications to mass markets. The only truly fully automated solution, Enure provides full transparency – eliminating the need for tutorials, self-help manuals, troubleshooting, or any other user or Customer Service Representatives (CSR) involvement.

The Enure solution is a set of unique lightweight software products that can be downloaded or provided on a CD and are easily installed in multiple locations in the home network to ensure full home network integrity. The software continuously supervises the network, and, using a unique and patent-pending methodology, automatically and context-appropriately identifies and resolves the root causes of problems at the point of inception. It automatically fixes any deviation from the optimal state, even when there are multiple and/or previously undefined malfunctions and even when there is no outside IP connection or when the home network is internally disconnected.

The individual user experience and interface can be configured to be completely transparent, to ask for correction permissions, or to present full technical data for the technically savvy user or service provider representative/technician.

The optional Enure True Information & Control (TIC™) System concentrator server collects accurate non-private network-related data on the home network environment and on the root causes of problems and their solutions, allowing tight service provider control and accurately segmented sales and marketing action. The TIC System makes it possible to see things that can only be seen with a comprehensive, aggregated picture of everything that is going on with all customers’ home/SOHO networks.
